IBB's Real Estate Dispute Resolution team comprises highly experienced lawyers who are dedicated solely to resolving property disputes. This makes it a leading team of its kind in London and the South East. We combine property industry knowledge with technical expertise to deliver commercially effective advice.

We know that property clients find litigation an unwelcome distraction from their core business. They want their disputes resolved sensibly and quickly. This is why our real estate dispute resolution lawyers are strong negotiators who endeavour to achieve clients' commercial objectives without recourse to litigation. Where face-to-face negotiation fails, we encourage the use of mediation to resolve disputes. All our senior lawyers are ADR GroupAccredited Mediators.

Of course, there are occasions where litigation is unavoidable and our lawyers are experienced in taking complex property disputes to trial. We handle litigation in the High Court, County Court, Technology & Construction Court, Lands Tribunal and at arbitration.

Senior team members are independently recognised legal experts and are active members of the Property Litigation Association.
