This role will be responsible for driving improvements and innovations in the way that we deliver our legal services to our clients, including internal and externally facing processes. The role will also be responsible for working with the firm and particularly its management structure to develop and implement a strategy for continuous improvement at Kingsley Napley which aligns with our firm-wide business objectives.
The role will provide operational and strategic leadership of continuous improvement initiatives, in conjunction and in harmony with the firm’s strategic direction and the programme of projects to support the achievement of that.
This role requires creative and strategic thinking, principally operating at the interface between lawyers, clients and support functions to identify problems and implement solutions using a process improvement approach which results in the design and re-engineering of legal processes, optimising the use of existing technology and introducing new technology, where appropriate. |
