Knowledge & Information Services

Purpose of job

To assist the Head of Knowledge & Information Services in providing a full information service to the partners and staff.

Responsibilities

Primary focus: assisting with the client on-boarding process using a risk management tool (World Check) for identification and due diligence.

Other general administrative duties may be undertaken from time to time including:

Filing, book processing, cataloguing and keeping the main library and department libraries in good order

Assisting team members, supporting the team’s projects and covering for other duties, such as general enquiry  work,  as required.
