The department

Kingsley Napley offers week long work experience placements every summer, giving attendeed an insight into life at a busy London law firm.

Purpose of job

Every work experience placement is different, but all our placements are designed to give students the opportunity to make the most out of their time at KN. During a work experience placement you will meet people from across the firm and gain real hands-on experience by sampling lots of different aspects of the role of a lawyer, including;

  • Attending court and meetings with clients and counsel
  • Legal research tasks
  • Drafting documents
  • Shadowing qualified lawyers
  • General administration such as bundling
Additional information

Applications for work experience close at midnight on the 3rd of June. 

Successful candidates will be contacted in late June to be offered work experience at the Firm to take place in July and September 2024.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and entitled to work in the UK in order to apply, due to the sensitive nature of the work we undertake.
