The Licensing Assistant will be expected to support other team members and manage a Licensing caseload. |
- Preparing licensing applications;
- Preparing briefs to counsel;
- Preparing billing guides;
- Ensuring accurate time recording;
- Corresponding with clients and responsible authorities;
- Maintaining accurate records of caseloads;
- Researching relevant areas of the law as needed;
- Attending meetings regarding licensing applications with clients, responsible authorities or other involved parties;
- Offering assistance to the team leader;
