The team

With even more client wins and anticipated ongoing projects, our Birmingham based real estate team has growth firmly on the agenda are keen to speak to solicitors at all levels from 2+pqe and experienced Legal Executives.

Skills and qualifications

Residential and/or commercial development experience would be preferred, though we may be open to considering candidates offering more general commercial property backgrounds and demonstrating a genuine desire to focus on development work for some fantastic clients.

Strong commercial and technical experience is a must, ideally gained within a recognised real estate practice, as is the ability to take early responsibility and work in close partnership with clients on high quality transactions. There will also be significant opportunities to be fully involved in business development.

This is a great opportunity to join a nationally recognised, market leading and extremely supportive real estate group.  We are happy to consider individuals seeking some flexibility in working arrangements and indeed those interested in relocating to the Midlands.

Equal opportunities

Shoosmiths is a committed Equal Opportunities employer promoting equality of opportunity. This means that everyone who either applies to or works for the firm is treated equally, whatever their gender, age, ethnic origin, nationality, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or religious beliefs.
