The team

Our Recruitment Team are dedicated to finding the best talent for a variety of business areas including both legal and head office support roles.  

As part of this team, you will be creative and driven, with interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with internal clients, candidates, and external suppliers helping to guide them through our hiring process and connecting them to the world of working at Shoosmiths.

The role

We are looking for a temporary Recruitment Administrator until the end the end of August/September to support the team through a busy period by providing an efficient administrative service. 

Main responsibilities
  • Updating agencies terms of business and service level agreements onto the recruitment system.
  • Electronic filing of all recruitment documentation e.g. interview feedback or any budgetary approvals for each vacancy.
  • Dealing with all necessary administration to support the recruitment cycle, using our recruitment portal All Hires and working from a shared inbox.
  • Posting, updating and maintaining the live vacancy adverts across a range of job boards.
Skills and qualifications
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good IT skills – including Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise their own workload;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; and
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also able to use their own initiative, when required.
