The Milton Keynes based team is looking to further strengthen its practice with an additional corporate transactional solicitor. The work would cover all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, joint ventures and re-organisations. We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience therefore the ideal candidate would carry out high quality work and have a good level of client contact.
