Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

Our Real Estate group is one of the largest in the UK, representing an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks and other funders. 

With increasing work levels our Residential Development team is keen to speak to Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers demonstrating strong commercial and technical experience or a strong interest (depending on the level of qualification) in working within the Residential Development team concentrating on sales of new build property to Registered Proprietors.  The work will include but not limited to the development agreements, development management agreements, site set up work, preparing leases and transfers.   

The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with clients and partners in the Residential Development team based in either Northampton, Birmingham or Manchester.
