The team

Our award winning national Corporate team, which in 2016 topped the Experian MarketIQ (Corpfin) UK & Ireland M&A league table to become the UK’s leading legal adviser by deal volume, is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

The role

Our London team is keen to speak with corporate solicitors with a genuine interest in venture capital transactions.  The ideal candidate will be a credible advisor to both companies and investors. Mainstream corporate lawyers with demonstrable knowledge of venture capital transactions and commitment to developing in this specialist area of corporate law will be considered. The successful candidate will have trained with a reputable City, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team.
