Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally. “Clients are full of admiration for this team, noting it combines outstanding technical expertise with a “very” responsive service” (Chambers).

The role

With increasing work levels our Leeds team is keen to appoint an additional commercial property legal advisor in our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable expertise in advising development and investment clients on a broad range of real estate matters. The work will include but not limited to the grant and exercise of options, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, development agreements, development management agreements, forward funding and acquisition and disposal work.
