Our one-stop-shop IP services range from creating new brands and technology for our clients, advising on ways of protecting and exploiting the same and preventing abuse and copying from third parties. We’ve spent 167 years building our brand and we are proud to work with some great clients including, McDonalds, IKEA and Samsung. 

A new and exciting position has arisen to join our Birmingham team. We are keen to speak with IP solicitors with a solid grounding in trademarks, patents and copyrights. We are also interested to speak to individuals with technical/scientific backgrounds.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced IP lawyer or litigator (with demonstrable interest in IP) who is keen to develop a niche within this exciting practice area. 

Our national Commercial Practice Group has presence across all of our national offices and operate as one.  We work in a supportive and agile way therefore the role would suit a legal adviser who is able to work independently as well as within a team.  The ideal candidate will share our values of providing outstanding client service and have a track record of being involved in business development initiatives.
