Our Southampton team is looking to further strengthen its practice with an additional corporate transactional solicitor or associate. The work would cover all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, joint ventures and re-organisations. We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience therefore the ideal candidate would carry out high quality work and have a good level of client contact.
To be up for the challenge you must have a good grounding in quality corporate transactional work and be keen to be involved in business development. The successful candidate will have trained with a reputable firm and have excellent experience assisting on a wide variety of corporate transactions. |
