Our well-established competition law team seeks to appoint an additional lawyer, based in Manchester, Birmingham, Reading or Milton Keynes.
Our team is experienced in handling the full range of competition matters, from implementing bespoke compliance initiatives and addressing businesses’ day-to-day compliance issues, through to representing clients in investigations by the competition authorities.
We have acted for a main party in two of the CMA’s most recently completed Competition Act investigations. We also have strong experience in merger control and have recently submitted a merger notification to the CMA on a major deal, which may go to Phase II.
We are the ‘go-to’ advisors for a number of household name clients and we see our role as competition experts as helping businesses to understand, in practical terms, what the rules mean for them.
