Due to significant growth with high profile hires both nationally and locally in Leeds, our team of award winning legal advisers are looking for an additional Real Estate Associate within our corporate conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of representing development and investment clients on a variety of real estate matters. The work will include but not limited to the acquisition and disposal work relating to residential investment property for our commercial clients. There is also the chance to represent banks and banks’ customers in putting together development finance and investment finance deals and packages.
The role will include training and supervising paralegals and reporting to the partner head of the team. |
