The team

Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. We have a team of more than 50 legal advisers focusing on the residential development market, acting for homebuilders, entrepreneurs, traders, investors and landowners. We have a full service offering from planning and promotion complexities, right through to acquisition, construction and disposal. 

The role

Due to ongoing growth in clients and instructions our busy Birmingham team is seeking to appoint an additional solicitor with demonstrable expertise in residential development matters. The role will be supporting the Head of Residential Development in the Midlands. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion in developing in this niche area of real estate law and in return, the successful candidate will gain exposure to high quality work, great clients and will be joining a friendly and supportive team.
