The team

Our award winning national Corporate team, which has been ranked in the top four firms for deal volume for the past four years by Experian MarketIQ's M&A Review, is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

The role

Shoosmiths’ Corporate team in Edinburgh is looking for a highly motivated corporate solicitor to join its growing team.  The work would cover all aspects of corporate law including M&A, joint ventures, re-organisations, venture capital, private equity and capital markets.  

The successful candidate will have trained with a reputable firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate, dynamic and award winning team.
