We have a UK market leading venture capital practice and increasingly strong private equity practice which operates as part of a national team advising a range of institutions and management teams. Furthermore we regularly advise on cross-border work, having undertaken recent transactions in Germany, Holland, Sweden, USA and Israel.

Our Birmingham team also has strong sector expertise in Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Hotels and Leisure and Financial Services.

Our ambitious Corporate team is looking to appoint an additional senior associate offering exceptional general corporate experience, ideally with some exposure to M&A, private equity and/or venture capital work (though not essential), excellent commerciality and solid business development skills.

The successful candidate will have trained with a leading city, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team. They will be a strong team player with excellent project management and supervisory skills.
