We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

Our team is looking to grow and appoint an additional associate or senior associate offering exceptional general corporate experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity or venture capital work (though not essential), and solid business development skills. The successful candidate will have trained with a leading city, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team.
