The team

The role

Our Manchester based team is looking to further strengthen its practice with an additional corporate transactional solicitor.  The work will cover all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, joint ventures and re-organisations. We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience therefore the ideal candidate will have experience completing high quality work and have had a good level of client contact. 

The successful candidate will have trained with a reputable firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate, collaborative and award winning team.
