We cover a broad range of specialisms including commercial litigation, contract disputes, fraud, professional negligence, public procurement challenges, insurance, IT, and lending and banking disputes.

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join us in the Milton Keynes office to handle a broad range of commercial disputes.

The Litigation Services team is based across several locations but works nationally as one, with support required cross office and practice group. The team is well known for the responsibility, client contact and freedom it gives to its legal advisers. The team has consistently promoted lawyers year on year.

Our preferred candidate will be an ambitious and bright general commercial litigator with training from a reputable practice.  We want to hear from candidates in the local market or those considering relocating to the area. We would also be interested to hear from candidates in other locations who would be open to spending some of their week working in or alongside the team in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit an existing associate looking for greater responsibility or a solicitor looking for the next step up in their career.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable with running their cases independently, managing client relationships and providing supervision to juniors and working along national lines. You will be responsible for driving the team forward in Milton Keynes and working along national lines.
