The team

The role

The role will be to work as part of our team of experienced regulatory specialists helping clients to manage all levels of operational risk and to reduce their exposure to enforcement action by balancing pragmatic, commercial advice with the law. 

The work will include being part of the team involved in reviewing documents and associated material as part of the case preparation for a number of high profile regulatory investigations.  The role will have a strong focus revieiwng the nature and relevance of evidence. The successful candidate will be a team player, with the confidence to work independently when required. 

Experience in Relativity is desirable but not essential.

Skills and qualifications
  • Ability to demonstrate a methodical and focused approach with a keen, analytical eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills - correctly prioritising work and being aware of deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure, taking instruction easily to meet strict deadlines
  • Self-confidence and an ability to demonstrate initiative while working alone and as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic, proactive and can do attitude
  • Familiar with billing procedures and monthly reporting is preferable
  • Must be confident in using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A law degree or equivalent and preferably completion of the LPC
