We are looking for a driven and ambitious Associate to join our similarly ambitious Corporate team. Our team has a clear growth strategy, which means that for the right candidate there is the opportunity for real career progression.
In this role you will be supported and encouraged to take ownership of smaller transactions, as well as have the opportunity to assist the Partners on larger, more complex matters. The core focus of the work will be M&A but you will also cover all aspects of corporate finance including private equity, venture capital, capital markets, joint ventures and re-organisations.
We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience, you will therefore be encouraged to take part in a variety of client and BD activities from the outset.
