We advise a broad range of companies, funds, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, covering start-up and early-stage development funding rounds in the VC space through to general M&A activity for corporates, funds and management teams.

Our highly regarded London team covers the full range of Corporate transactions, with a particular specialism in VC deals within the technology sector.     

Our corporate team in London has grown over the last 6 months and is continuing to do so, therefore we are looking for a driven and ambitious Associate to join the team and play a part in its on-going success. The team has a clear growth strategy, which means that for the right candidate there is a very exciting opportunity for real career progression within a dynamic and fast-moving team.

In this role you will be able to take ownership of smaller transactions, as well as working with the Partners on larger, more complex matters. The core focus of the work will have a VC element but you will also have exposure to a broader range of corporate work, including M&A, ECM, private equity, joint ventures and re-organisations.

Given the above, candidates should have strong VC experience and be comfortable working within the technology sector.
