As well as specialising in non-contentious insolvency issues, we can also help with insolvency litigation, acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds through the use of corporate and insolvency legislation.
Our National team is very highly regarded, our Division Head, James Keates has become well known as a leading “go to” lawyer for advice on CVAs, particularly in the retail sector, having advised a number of retailers on CVAs over the last 12 months, regularly acting for household retail clients.
We are looking to further strengthen our Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team with the addition of an ambitious Senior Associate or Junior Partner who will lead our London practice and be instrumental in driving its growth and development. |
Working closely with our national Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, we would expect you to have a client base to complement our current practice which focuses on advising banks, insolvency practitioners, private equity holders and asset based lenders on all matters arising from distressed lending, corporate recovery and insolvency.
You will have an established track record advising on all elements of non-contentious corporate restructuring and recovery, and be experienced in leading and supervising on a range of restructuring work from start to finish. You will also be committed to supporting our team growth by actively leading and facilitating a variety of business development initiatives. |
