Our corporate team has a presence in most of our English and Scottish offices and we are looking to build on this national success in our Belfast office. Corporate is a clear area of growth for the firm and as part of this we are looking to establish a strong presence in Belfast to further compliment and develop our national network. |
We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Partner to join our Belfast practice and be instrumental in its growth and development. Ideally you will have some portable following and a strong network of local connections in Belfast.
Alternatively, you may be an ambitious Senior Associate who already has a strong client base and network and is keen to take the next step in their career, with the support of our national practice.
Working closely alongside the national corporate team, and our real estate partners already situated in Belfast, we would expect you to be able to lead and supervise on a range of corporate finance work including M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations and investment and shareholder documentation. You will also have the drive and ambition to develop our Belfast-based corporate team and be committed to supporting our growth by leading and facilitating a variety of business development initiatives. |
