Led by industry recognised planning partners, our dedicated and experienced team works closely with clients to help achieve their planning objectives. Our clients include commercial and residential developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, social housing bodies, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders, and a range of public sector bodies. Due to increased instructions from our clients, we are looking to grow the wider team with several hires across the offices. 

We are recruiting for an Associate to join our highly rated 14 strong national planning team.  The role is based in the Birmingham office and you will be working alongside partners Tim Willis and Anna Cartledge.  You will be dealing with a variable and high-quality caseload which will include providing strategic planning advice to facilitate the delivery of complex mixed-use schemes, as well as running your own caseload.  You will be keen to support the wider growth agenda for the practice, have a genuine passion to develop your career in this area of law and have an appetite for business development.
