The team
Headed by Melissa Barker, you will be part of a national team who specialise in dealing with all aspects of disposals at residential development sites. The team is spread across our Northampton, Birmingham and Manchester offices having made some key hires in our Manchester office over the past 6 months. The team is continuing to go from strength to strength and this is being reflected in nominations for ‘Property Team of the Year’ category at this year’s Estates Gazette Awards.
The role
We are looking for an experienced individual to be involved in residential development disposals, which will include sales of affordable houses and commercial units on mixed-use development sites. You will be acting for many of the UK’s best-known housebuilders. The team are also open to considering legal executives. This role will see you as an integral part of the team, bringing a great amount of knowledge and expertise, strengthening it further. Why should you apply?
