The team

Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Main responsibilities
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying/scanning and any ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Supporting document management activity, including daily filing, closing off files, archiving and ensuring compliance with firm processes. Ensuring that all relevant documents are filed electronically and paper-based, as required.
  • Support secretaries with billing process including printing and distributing billing guides.
  • Supporting Secretaries with maintaining the firm’s client contact database; ensure new business contact details are entered.
  • Assisting secretaries with simple typing tasks including digital dictation, copy typing and hand written amendments.
Skills and qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Good team working abilities and can work on your own.
  • Eagerness to develop in this role and progress within the business.
