We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join the team in Manchester. This role will see you working on general real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and in particularly development matters. Although there will be support available from the team, you will be comfortable with working autonomously. You will be expected to build good working relationships with the core team as well as the wider real estate team.    

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has strong experience in development and/or a great knowledge of the sector with experience in general real estate. You will demonstrate a great passionate and hard-working attitude with an eagerness to get involved in business development.
