The role will include:
- Partnering with senior internal stakeholders to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers which will form the basis of the Shoosmiths Academy.
- Partnering with Shoosmiths clients to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers.
- Lead the identification, delivery and integration of solutions that address an evolving people agenda.
- Ensuring talent development activity relating to key initiatives is implemented
It is essential that you have previous experience of:
- Leadership Development
- Leading the Talent agenda within a matrixed organisation
- Coaching – with team coaching experience
- Early careers, diversity and inclusion as well as leadership development
