The role

The role will include:

  • Partnering with senior internal stakeholders to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers which will form the basis of the Shoosmiths Academy.
  • Partnering with Shoosmiths clients to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers.
  • Lead the identification, delivery and integration of solutions that address an evolving people agenda.
  • Ensuring talent development activity relating to key initiatives is implemented

It is essential that you have previous experience of:

  • Leadership Development
  • Leading the Talent agenda within a matrixed organisation
  •  Coaching – with team coaching experience
  • Early careers, diversity and inclusion as well as leadership development

The ideal person will be well organised and have an ability to build a team infrastructure around the Shoosmiths Academy. Skills and qualifications

Masters degree or Level 7 CIPD (or working towards completion)

Chartered Member of CIPD or equivalent body

Desirable

Accredited practitioner of psychometric profiling
