The team

Our Wealth Protection team is highly regarded and known to be a go-to service for high net worth individuals, with our experienced and trusted lawyers able to provide bespoke, strategic advice.

The team have a proven record assisting clients  steer their way through the maze of tax legislation and myriad of family concerns to ensure that any arrangements put in place are not only tax efficient, but also robust. Generations of high net worth clients – including members of the establishment, family and other business owners, lottery winners, celebrities, sports personalities as well as wealthy retired individuals have benefited from our proven track record for over 150 years.

The role

Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join our team in Milton Keynes.

Working closely with the national team, we would expect you to be able to assist on a range of work including advising on Wills and trusts, trust administration, lasting powers of attorney, probate and the administration of estates. Clients will be varied, from landowners to shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families.

You will have an established track record advising high net worth clients on the full spectrum of Wealth Protection matters and be keen to take an active part in any business development initiatives.
