We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. We also have a growing corporate finance practice, primarily advising listed clients on equity capital raisings in the public market.
Our highly regarded Leeds team has 2 Partners and covers the full range of Corporate transactions, with a particular focus on UK domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, PE and corporate finance. |
Our national team has grown over the last 12 months and is continuing to do so, therefore we are looking for a driven and ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join the team and assist in driving our success. Our team has a clear growth strategy, which means that for the right candidate there is the opportunity for real career progression.
In this role you will be able to take ownership of smaller transactions, as well as have the opportunity to assist the Partners on larger, more complex matters. The core focus of the work will be M&A transactions both with a domestic and cross-border element, as well as PE deals.
We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience, you will therefore have the opportunity, and be encouraged to take part in a variety of client and BD activities from the outset.
