This role will see you working in our Solent office in the team headed by Partner, Joanne McGuiness. Shoosmiths’s Real Estate Group is one of the largest in the UK, comprising of 64 partners and 231 legal advisors. Within the Solent team, we have a team of 9 people with a combination of partners, legal advisors and paralegals. You will be working as part of a team that is recognised as a market-leading practice for its unrivalled client service and legal advice. This opening will see you become a key member of an established team that is ranked highly in both the Chambers and Legal 500 directories. Our client list speaks volumes for the quality of our lawyers and the experience they provide.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to deal with a varied and high-quality caseload which will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and development matters. You will be supporting the wider growth agenda for the practice, and the role will provide every opportunity to develop your career to the next level and beyond.
