The team acts for developers, occupiers, funders, construction professionals, contractors and specialists on managing and resolving risks in building and engineering projects. |
Due to ongoing growth and increased client instructions we are seeking to appoint additional associates to join our Birmingham team.
The role is primarily contentious and will therefore involve adjudication, mediation, litigation and risk management. However, there may also be an opportunity for some non-contentious drafting work.
Commercial and real estate litigators who have a genuine interest in developing into construction dispute specialists will also be considered. Some of our construction partners and team members have previously worked in-house for major industry players, and so candidates with backgrounds in private practice or industry are equally of interest.
