We act for local, national and international clients across a wide range of sectors and have developed expertise working with businesses in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and media sectors. |
Our Edinburgh based team is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and is seeking to appoint an additional Senior or Principal Associate. Central to our Scottish and national corporate framework, the role offers a wide range of corporate work from M&A deals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements through to capital fundraising, compliance and corporate governance. You’ll be joining a dynamic and thriving group of individuals therefore your previous experience in managing transactions across all stages will be helpful. The role will see you take ownership as well the opportunity to assist on larger, more complex matters.
