We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior associate to join our growing Belfast office and be instrumental in its continued growth and development. You will work closely with the local and national corporate team on their transactions, as well as offer support to our real estate partners in Belfast.
We would expect you to provide support to the partners on some of their larger transactions as well as be confident taking the lead on a range of corporate finance work, including M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations and investment and shareholder documentation. You will also have the drive and ambition to assist in the development of our Belfast-based corporate team and be committed to supporting our growth with an active involvement in a variety of business development initiatives. |
