The team

Our national Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK, spread across all offices and representing an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers through to banks and funders.  Our 3 Partner, Solent team advises clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters and offers a dynamic environment with lots of opportunity for progression and development. This will entail supporting the team in negotiating; conditional planning contracts for land purchase, option agreements, land promotion agreements and hybrid agreements, as well as land sales, subsales, and development agreements.

There will also be the opportunity to support the team in wider, general real estate matters including corporate support work, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property finance transactions.

You will be able to demonstrate your passion for real estate having spent time in a commercial real estate or residential development specific department as a trainee or in your post-qualification experience. We pride ourselves on the exceptional client service we offer and it is vital the successful candidate shows the same commitment.

We place a lot of belief in culture and community, and genuinely believe we have something different to offer you at Shoosmiths.  This is reflected in everything we say and do from our use of technology to enable agile working, to the team spirit and culture and our collaborative way of working across offices.
