The role

Our Birmingham Commercial team is hiring at Associate level. Tier 1 ranked in IT and Telecoms this is your chance to join one of the city’s premier commercial departments.

Our clients view us as an extension of their business and we get numerous requests for secondees. If you join us you’ll most likely get the opportunity to spend some time in-house with one of them. 

The work you’ll do will span everything from contracts for e-business to major outsourcing projects, and relating to purchasing, production, marketing, selling, infrastructure or technology. We are interested to hear from you if you have post qualification experience in a busy commercial department with some experience in IT being an advantage. We will commit to training and developing you and giving you the opportunity to play to your areas of work and sector interest, specialising as you advance.

Our national Commercial Group is a 28 Partner-strong practice consisting of 90 lawyers across TMT, Commercial and Projects, IP, Data Privacy and Financial Services. The firm has 13 locations in the UK.  Our clients include some of the largest financial, automotive, and technology businesses in the UK.
