The team

Our Client Services Team is the first point of contact dealing with

new enquiries for the Personal Advisory Division. Providing excellent client care to both clients and work providers ensuring all enquiries are routed to the correct department in a timely manner, and responsible for completing regulatory and compliance checks.

The role

We have a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator to manage incoming enquiries by telephone and email from prospective new clients relating to a variety of matters including; Family law, Wealth Protection, Medical Negligence, Education and Personal Injury.  

Main responsibilities
  • Managing both incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner adhering to SLA’s;
  • Gathering information from clients regarding their enquiry using relevant forms;
  • Opening new claims and ensuring data is recorded on case management systems accurately;
  • Allocation of lead to the appropriate teams within Personal Advisory Division;
  • Booking appointments through outlook for Client to meet with Legal Advisor.
  • Providing a first class service to work providers, new clients and internal teams;
  • Complete internal conflict checks;
Skills and qualifications

Applicants will ideally have a customer service background, be confident with Microsoft packages, and have some legal knowledge.

A good telephone manner and the ability to work in a team environment is essential. You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines with good attention to detail.
