You will be part of a team of specialists within the national development team who deal with issues, around planning, infrastructure, vacant possession, real estate tax, agricultural law, mixed use, leisure retails and construction. The successful candidates will be joining a recognisable force in the Midlands - our team has a brand within the development space therefore candidates with expertise in this area or a niche within agriculture is preferred in addition to title and occupiers experience. We act for major UK national developers through all stages of their development process. The role will also see you acting for private and commercial clients on the sale and purchase of agricultural land.
