The team

Our Division is one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK, working nationally across our 11 locations we advise a range of the leading real estate businesses operating in the UK market.  Our clients primarily comprise developers, investors, funders, retail and leisure occupiers, social housing bodies, major corporates, and a range of public sector bodies.  We have seen significant growth in our business in recent years driven by our excellent service and high quality legal advice provided by a team who deliver an amazing client experience to UK business. 

Our Nottingham Real Estate team is led by 5 Partners who are supported by a further 11 fee earners which offers a dynamic environment with lots of opportunity for progression and development. This role will see you become a key member of an established team that is positive, professional and supportive.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join us in Nottingham as one of our colleagues is developing into a new role internally. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that has a solid pipeline of complex real estate matters including; acquisitions and disposal and landlord and tenant work, but also leasing and portfolio transactional work, as well as substantial project management within the private and public sectors.
