We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. We also have a growing corporate finance practice, primarily advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on the public market.
Our highly regarded Thames Valley team is led by 3 Partners; Sanjeev Sharma, Nina Smith and Kiran Dhesi and covers the full range of Corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, MBO’s, MBI’s and company reorganisations. We have a particular focus on local and national PE deals, and increasingly VC work. Clients include multi-national PLCs, large privately-owned companies, PE houses, VCs, management teams and high net worth individuals. |
Due to on-going growth and with Corporate at the heart of the firm’s strategic focus, we are looking to further bolster our Reading based team with an additional Senior Associate. This is an opportunity to take ownership of transactions working alongside rated individuals in a Chambers and Legal 500 Tier 1 rated team, as well as supporting the team on larger, at times more complex matters. The core focus of the work will be M&A (both with a domestic and cross-border element), private equity and venture capital transactions.
