Commercial Insurance Litigation Associate

PQE: 3 years +
Term: Permanent
Team: Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Location: Manchester or Leeds
The role

Our Commercial Insurance team is looking for an insurance litigator at Associate level (3 yr PQE+) to join them in Manchester or Leeds.

This national team, led by partner Susie Wakefield in London, works on a wide range of insurance and reinsurance disputes and advisory mandates. The collaborative, dynamic team operates across London, Reading and Manchester.

We can offer you a positive, supportive culture with opportunities for development and progression. The role is likely to involve a mix of home and office working.

The team covers a broad range of specialisms including commercial litigation, international arbitration,  insurance, regulatory, contract disputes, fraud, professional negligence, public procurement challenges, IT, and lending and banking disputes.

The team has an enviable client base and regularly represents a wide range of clients from FTSE250 to high net worth individuals.
