The role

Here at Shoosmiths we have a 28 Partner, 90 strong Commercial Practice – market leaders in TMT, Data Privacy,  Financial Services, IP and Commercial & Projects.  

We are looking for talented commercial lawyers to join us with experience in Tech & Digital Media and/or Privacy & Data – 2 complementary practice areas for us.  We can be flexible on location given our national office network but what matters is that you share our passion for quality, innovation and client service excellence.

Our TMT team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and works across everything from  cloud services, digital platforms and online media to ecommerce and handles complex, large IT projects. Our Data Privacy team is similarly ambitious – handling cutting edge projects on an international scale. We have a leading Binding Corporate Rules practice and alongside general advisory and transactional services, we offer our clients data breach response services, data protection audits and compliance programmes and outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) services, 

We can recruit anywhere between Associate to Principal Associate level so come and tell us where you think you’d fit.
