The role

Our Commercial team in Milton Keynes is hiring at Associate level upwards (3yr PQE +) and we would be delighted to hear from you if you’re a commercial lawyer with a particular passion for Tech and IT.

If you join us you will undertake a wide variety of interesting and stimulating TMT and Commercial work, much of which is cutting edge involving advising clients on exciting and novel projects.  You may get the opportunity to complete a secondment in-house for one of our valued clients. Although recruiting to the MK team we can be flexible about where we hire within our national network and location shouldn’t stand in the way of hiring you if you’re right for our team. The team and wider firm

As a member of our 90 strong Commercial practice you would work with colleagues across our national network located in 9 of our 13 offices.

Our commercial team in Milton Keynes is industrious and high-performing. It provides the full range of commercial contract and tech support to a client portfolio that consists almost exclusively of global brands and FTSE 250 businesses.

The team works across a number of sectors with a particular focus on the automotive, retail and tech industries. Our book of clients includes in excess of 20 automotive brands including Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz and Peugeot Citroen and the team is regularly involved in cutting edge commercial contract and tech projects including major business process and technology outsourcings. We work very closely with our clients and are often viewed as an extension of their businesses.
