The team

Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. The role

Working with the Real Estate PA team to provide a comprehensive and quality administrative support service.  Training will be given for all internal and external systems.

This role includes but is not limited to the following:-

Main responsibilities
  • Accessing the Land Registry Portal to obtain official copies, plans and documents.
  • Opening new matters.
  • Closing client files.
  • Archiving paper files and printing labels.
  • Creating deeds packets.
  • Requesting deeds packets from archive to add miscellaneous documents and return to archive.
  • Search requests via on-line search provider.
  • Scanning to our document management system and client datarooms.
  • Printing and collating documentation.
  • Downloading from external datarooms as and when required.
  • Assisting with various other tasks as required.
Skills and qualifications
  • Good typing skills.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, BigHand would be an advantage although training will be provided.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to maintain high standards whilst carrying out day to day tasks within the team.
  • Attention to detail and possess a neat and tidy approach to working practices.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • A friendly and helpful approach to the team.
  • Must be organised and pay close attention to detail.
  • To work well alone and within the team.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have a flexible approach to work with a “can do” attitude
