Our Scottish team has extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, private equity and venture capital fundraisers, shareholder arrangements, disposals and joint ventures. We act for local, national and international clients across a wide range of sectors and have developed expertise working with businesses in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and media sectors. |
Our Edinburgh and Glasgow based team is undergoing an exciting period of growth and is seeking for additional Senior or Principal Associates. Central to our Scottish and national corporate framework, the role offers a wide range of corporate work from M&A deals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements through to capital fundraising, compliance and corporate governance. You’ll be joining a dynamic and thriving group therefore your experience in managing transactions across all stages will be helpful. The role will see you take ownership as well assisting on larger, more complex matters.
