The team

Our award winning national corporate team, which is consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top law firms for deal volume by Experian MarketlQ’s M&A Review, is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

We advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. We also have a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets. 

The role

In line with the firm’s strategic focus, our corporate division is enjoying a period of significant and sustained growth and we have opportunities for corporate associates across our national network. The role offers a breadth of work where you will be involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals, joint ventures and reorganisations. This is an ideal platform if you are looking for an enviable mix of top-drawer corporate work that provides a solid foundation and the development structure for you to carve a specialism for the future.   

You will have the opportunity to work with leading individuals and top ranked teams at both a local and national level and will be encouraged to take part in clint development and BD activities from the outset.
