The Nottingham based team is looking to bolster its practice with an additional corporate associate.  The work is broad covering all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, joint ventures, re-organisations, venture capital, private equity and capital markets. We pride ourselves in providing the best client experience as well as a collegiate team atmosphere. 

The successful candidate will have trained with a leading city, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate, collaborative and award winning team (Law Firm of The Year 2015 – M&A Awards, Legal Week).
